Received someone else's package

I received a box today of something that I didn't order, addressed to me in an ebay box. I checked and I definitely didn't order it. How do I get help with this when you can't speak to a human and their chat doesn't give you an option for this scenario?

If there is a return address you can drop them a post card or letter letting them know you received something from them that you did not purchase.  How they pay you to ship it back (if that is what they decide) would be between you and the person who sent it.

You could also have Refused the package.

I wasn't home when the package arrived. I ordered other items from ebay so I didn't think anything of it. Thanks for the info.
