Have situation:
Listed King sheet set for $299, have 6 watchers (product is absolutely great quality)
One buyer sent message asking to sell for 30% less - I said no thanks
Next minute - literally next minute after I denied offer - he/she purchased it for full price. I shipped via Express (FedEx 2nd day) service. Next day after package delivered - buyer sending me email saying - 2 pillowcases are missing from the set!
As I had absolutely identical situation couple of years ago - BEFORE packing and shipping this set I made a photo (opened packing - put all 4 items - 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases separate and pictured it), then I packed it and shipped out.
Now - buyer, asking me to mail him/her pillowcases - not asking to return and or credit.
Did anyone have same or similar situation? Please, share experience
