Received only a partial refund.

I ordered an item from a seller that offers free returns. I just didn't like the colors, so I returned it to the seller using the pre-paid label.  I received a refund for the amount of the item, but not for the original shipping.   How can I tell if I should have received a full refund, including the original shipping?

On a remorse return, the seller can deduct the original shipping you paid from the refund.
