-You can request a call back from eBay here: eBay Customer Service
However, they will be limited with how much information they can give you over the phone for security reasons.
-You can take the package to the Post Office UNOPENED and refuse the shipment. It should get returned to the Seller's return address on the label
-You can always pay to ship it back to the return address on the label ... of course that will cost you money which you will not recover.
-If you opened the package and it is something cheap and light weight the Seller may have used your address as an alternate one so they can scam the original buyer for the high value item they purchased.
