We bought and received a new brushcutter from a seller. The next day after receiving the brushcutter we received a second one, identical to the first, only not packaged as well. New in the box. Seller emailed asking us to leave feedback, which we did the day we received the first brushcutter. We have left 4 messages for him letting him know we have two of these cutters and how does he want the second one sent back. He is not answering emails. What should our next step be?
