How do you decline a bid from Russia? They originally asked if I take bids from Russia and I said I will check on insurance and tracking. I said it might cost them $15 additional and low and behold he made an offer. I emailed him after I found out I cannot insure the package but can send it registered mail $18.50-with no guarrantee of delivery. I asked them to retract their bid and so far they haven't. What to do.
