Is it normal to receive an offer for an item not on my watchlist nor in my cart?
I received an offer for an item that I don’t recall even viewing. When I checked the item after receiving the offer, I determined it was something I had no interest in and would not have put it on my watchlist or in my cart. How did I get an offer out of the blue like this? Is it normal?
