selling items for " pick up only"

I need to be able to have contact with buyers to deliver, meet somewhere, or make arrangements for picking up items they have bought from me. Ebay will not allow me to give them contact info even after they have made their purchase. How can I get buyers the info they need?

Did the buyer pay through Paypal? If yes, you can get their email address from Paypal.

It isn't displayed on the payment record, but if you click the refund link on the left side of the page, the refund screen will show their email address. Copy ot from there, then leave the refund screen without refunding.

You can then contact them directly.
