You can send an invoice to a buyer after your listing ends and before the buyer completes checkout. If they buy more items from you, you can send a revised invoice. You have up to 30 days after a listing ends to send an invoice or revised invoice.

To send an invoice, go to My eBay > Sold > Awaiting payment. Choose an item, and then select Send Invoice from the Actions menu.

If you are using a phone app you may need to use a different device to do this. Laptop or desktop computer works well.
