Re-rating for a review

I didn't click properly for a feedback and would ike to now go back to do the re-rating. 

May I know how do I go above doing it? 

Need guidance on this.

Hi @bee23788 

You cannot change the feedback rating by yourself.  You need to ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request.  Sellers get a limited number of those per year ... and the seller may not want to waste one on a Neutral feedback which doesn't lower their feedback percentage.

Next time, take your time before leaving feedback.  We have 60 days to do that.
