non paying buyer

I have an item that I keep re-listing because there are 3 (so far) buyers who keep purchasing this same item from me only to not pay for item once they purchase it. There are 2 or even 3 women who keep doing this to me over and over again. They are obviously friends working together and each time it gets purchased by another member and the same thing continues on and on. Ebay does absolutely NOTHING about this. The only thing I can do each time is to report it. Nothing happens to them. The first buyer left me horrible feedback on my new account and there is nothing that can be done?????????? I can't leave this same person negative feedback but she can destroy mine? Ebay only protects the buyers! As a seller I just continue to have this happen over and over again! When I contact Ebay I usually get someone on the phone who does not even speak good ENGLISH (this is America, isin't it? So now it has happened to me again. These buyers are like viscious high school girls and they are allowed to continue doing so. Hello Ebay...us sellers are the ones who make all the money for Ebay!!

You should be filing 'unpaid item' disputes in the Resolution Center when a buyer doesn't pay.  You can file as early as 48 hours after the listing ends.  You then close the dispute 96 hours after you've opened it.  You get your final value fees refunded AND the buyer won't be able to leave you feedback!

You should ALSO be putting each and every deadbeat buyer on your Blocked Bidder List so that they can't buy from you again.

You only have 32 days to file the dispute ... so file a dispute for every unpaid item that you have.  You also can try to get the negative feedback removed by phoning eBay and telling the rep that the buyer didn't pay.

BTW, the Reply you left to the negative FB makes you look bad.  The purpose of leaving a Reply is to make future buyers feel comfortable buying from you.  Calling someone a liar is unprofessional and doesn't help.  Hopefully, you can get the ENTIRE feedback removed.
