item not received, a tracking number was provide yet USPS has not received the item yet

The seller says it shipped the next day, yet the label was prepared 1 hour and 48 minutes after the post office closed. USPS does not show that they received it.

The seller has already lied to me 3 times what can I do for a fast refund so I can purchase the item immediatetly?Not received by USPS as of 09-05-18 10:30 PM EST.

The shipping label was created a week ago and the seller is unlikely to pay for postage with the intent of not shipping (nor can the seller ship later than the label date). It has been my experience that the Post Office doesn't always scan on acceptance, but, usually, there is a scan somewhere along the way.  If the expected delivery date quoted in the listing has already passed, then you can open an "item not received" claim in the Resolution Center, which will force the seller to either trace the package with the post office or refund.
