Trying to figure out where "USPS Mailing Box - Box 4" is on the drop down of.......

Hello all,

After spending well over an hour with 2 people for the "help" option of ebay, I thought I'd try my luck here.  Smiley Wink

OK so I have a USPS box that my item fits in.  The box is a USPS Priority Mail "Mailing Box - Box 4".  Now when you are creating your listing in "Create your listing" of ebay, there's a section called "Shipping details".  The first option of Shipping details has four options in the drop down, Flat, Calculated, Freight, and No shipping.  I want Calculated for my Box 4.  So I pick Calculated, which fully states, "Calculated: Cost varies by buyer location".  The next option I should be able to find my USPS Priority Mail "Mailing Box - Box 4" right?  Nope!  One person in the ebay "help"  told me it's a "USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box."  I picked that and tried to explain that no one going to be able to figure that out!  She said "just call back if you need help."  So basically I spent over 40 minutes trying to figure out how to figure where my Box 4 is at on the options, the only thing is that was not right.  What she had me pick was something that had completely different dimensions.  The Large Flat Rate Box is  12" x 12" x 5-1/2".  My Box 4 is 7" x 7" x 6".  Not even close!

So there isn't any translation page or anything on ebay or elsewhere, right?  Your average person posting something can resolve that what they are sending is USPS Priority Mail, but after that, they are lost!  I'm betting not one of those choices is 7" x 7" x 6".  What is the right way to get around on doing this correctly?

Thanks for reading this and I look forward to your response.

Box 4 is not a flat rate box.  So you just choose the basic Priority Mail. No specific box or envelope.
