There is a seller on Ebay that sold me a ceramic Christmas Tree. I paid her $58 + and after she got my money, she canceled my order so that if I wanted to make a report of it, it would show she canceled the order, BUT she already has my money. Nowhere can I verify she sent it back. I've looked under my statements I paid and it does not show she refunded me...now she is pretty much telling me I am screwed?? Not only that. She didn't even have the tree..she already sold it and that person had to open up a claim to get it...Now What?

Did you receive a cancellation notice from ebay? If so you will be refunded back to the original funding source. If this was a credit card it can take extra days/weeks depending on your card company's processing time.
Ebay has already taken note of the cancellation, put a mark on the seller's account, and charged the seller fees. He does this often and he will be removed.
