Seller promotion (I think 50% off final value fees, before Sept 10th)?

I saw a pop-up about a seller fee promotion, which I believe was 50% off final value fees, for up to 5 listings. I think the sale amount needed to be over $50 too. And the listings need to be created by September 10th (or do they need to END by then?) I clicked on "activate offer" but now I can't find details about it in my account. Does anyone know what I am talking about - what the exact offer is, and where I could find it (to verify that I indeed "activated" it?) Thank you!

@yolanda5  Go to your all selling page, click on overview on the left hand side if you're on the new view, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your current promotions
