I recently opened a return claim for damaged items. Seller contacts me and asks for me to return items to address on shipping label and not the address eBay provides me. If I do this I risk not getting refunded. What are my options?

You need to return to the address eBay gave you. If you don't provide tracking showing delivery to that address, eBay won't force a refund.
