Hi, I recently sold a camera and now the lady wants a partial refund due to the accusation of my description saying "all manuals" & "wires" Included when in fact i said "Manuals/wires".
Is it my fault for the misinterpretation? Or should i just give a partial refund? -Thanks!

Tell your buyer they can return the item for a full refund.
Do not issue a partial refund.
