I still get an error message every time I try to print the return label for order #14-10665-76272 as shown below:
"We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."
I have tried again several times but the error message is always the same.
I have only 4 days left to return the item, and all attempts to get help have been frustrated. The seller cannot be reached, also because of a technical issue and the automated assistant system does not have an answer to my issue either.
The purchase does not appear on my eBay account, because I bought it as a guest.
I need help right away to be able to return this item before the deadline so I can get my money back.
The item is a Dell laptop with a completely dead battery and therefore, absolutely useless to me.
I feel like I have been scammed by eBay.
eBay needs to resolve this issue urgently.
