How are sellers handling disputes when item shipped via regular mail is lost. I explain to buyers that item is shipped via regular mail, and I charge very low cost ( $ 0.70 or $0.90) depending on the size of mail. Resoultion decision is in favor of buyer, as I'm unable to provide mail tracking number. It is impossible to provide tracking number when mail charge is only $ 0.70. Any ideas, thank you

"Back in the day" I used to ship many things without tracking. I had my share of "lost" items. For the last several years, I ship everything and I mean everything w/ tracking. I never . . and I mean NEVER . . have a lost package anymore. I still haven't figured out whether it was lots of buyers pretending they didn't receive the package or the post office is alot more careful w/ those things that are tracked. Maybe a little of both.
