Listing form does not allow Local Pickup shipping to coincide with Calculated Shipping?

Well with some experimenting I found if I only offer 3 forms of shipping, then I am allowed to check the Local Pickup box. Haven't seen it on the updated listing form, only the old 4 forms of shipping listing shows, but might be updated sometime. Other changes, like changing the order of the shippers so that the lowest price appears first were completed immediately, so I left in my extra language in the listing offering free local pickup.
