Dear friends, we are sorry you have not received the item. As we all know that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. Much Appreciate for your understanding on this uncontrollable matter. Could you kindly give more days to deliver them?
Should you have any further queries, kindly feel free to write to us again.

I checked the history of this seller and there is a lengthy history of the same.
After requesting a refund Ebay has sided in favor of the seller. Not sure I understand this. The seller has stated they sent the free gift with the assigned tracking number. The seller has stated they sent the purchased item without a tracking number, so there is no way to prove shipment or receipt. Ebay has assigned there money back guarantee to this seller. Does the money back guarantee have no credit or value?
I have been noticing a trend with Chinese sellers where they will put buyers off by saying that the item is in the mail or making an excuse for lateness or by asking if you want them to "re-send" the item because it has been returned to them or because it got damaged in the post.....and all of it is just because they are trying to put off people leaving negative feedback. They make you wait and wait and wait until it is just too late to leave feedback.
How do I know? It has happened to me. Five times. This year. Yeah, bad me.
Never spend more than you can afford to lose if you're buying from a seller based in China.
