Huge Seller EBay Exploit - Multiple Accounts Flooding Guitar Parts Category

It seems like there is an attempt to compromise the placement, Value, and Promo Rates and tons of other stats of items placed under Guitar & Bass parts. There could be more to this, but I have seen all I can.

Over the last 3 days I have had 1 sale. That has never happened in 4 years. I analyzed my metrics for any indications and nothing there.

However I did find a huge breach. If you drill down under musical instruments to “Guitar & Bass Parts” you will see tons! of accounts just opened all with the following in common:

1-  All listings are for $49.99

2- None of the listing titles make any sense and will have 1 picture of a guitar “related” product such as guitar picks. 

3- No listing description

4- 1 photo

5- only 1 listing under the user name

6– All seem to have been opened the other day

7- All have sales (I assume between themselves) 

8- All have 100% feedback

9- All say they are in the US, but grammar would suggest otherwise 

I contacted one of them…

no response. I reported one, but as you know you can’t write anything, and I don’t have the time to report each one.

I’m going to report this on Facebook, but any other suggestions are welcome.

Senior Management resolves this btw…
