Sold me a supposed 14k gold broach for 575.00 it turns out it is brass....beware... hopefully they will refund me...it's past time...but I'm married to an attorney...lol...

So you have not read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
What do you mean "it's past time"?
It doesn't matter who you're married to -- when you receive an item that's not as described, you have 30 days to open an item not as described case in the Resolution Center.
If you've allowed that deadline to expire, open a case with Paypal, if that's how you paid.
Please do some more reading about the MBG.
