Final value fees on cancelled sales?

Hi all.

I sold an item recently, but the buyer didn't pay and requested a cancellation, so I did that. No money was exchanged at all, but I'm still seeing that I owe 10% of the sale as if there was payment.

Will it go away after a bit, or do I still have to pay the final value fee out of pocket? I've never had this happen before.

do you know if the buyer accepted your cancellation?

sometimes this has to be done for ebay to see the transaction has been completed.

In the end, you should not see this charge on your ebay fees invoice
