I have reviewed the case details, i can confirm that my colleague inform you that they will close the case in your favor, however the case got close in favor with the buyer. I would like to take this opportunity to apologized for the mis information that was provided to you. I’m sorry that this had happened and I’m here to help. 

I carefully reviewed your claim and I see that the case was closed in buyers favor. Since we no longer have the option to issue your refund through the system the way we normally would, I could see here that my Team mate submitted a manual refund request for you. I humbly ask for your patience and understanding to wait for 5-7 business days while we process the request.
