RESPOND TO QUESTIONS

I am interested in purchasing item but seller won't answer my questions.  Tried to contact Ebay for help but only get automated responses.  Don't want to purchase unless I know what I'm getting.  Can anyone help?

@calgirl46   Sorry that the seller is not replying to you.  I would move on and find another seller that is interested in making a sale.  

eBay customer service can not force a seller to answer questions.   

Sellers are not required to answer questions but it is of course good customer service to do so.

Thanks but it's frustrating when you find something you want but the seller won't respond ... especially if it's a hard-to-find item.  Why bother listing it?  Weird!

@calgirl46   I totally understand your frustration and it doesn't make sense that a seller would list an item and not make an effort to sell it.
