Hi, I have contacted you previously asking for a refund for a label that has been rejected at the post office and which forced me to purchase a label over the counter of the time. I have already contacted Royal mail twice and they said that because the label was purchased via the eBay platform, they cannot refunded it needs to be done by you. I attach two images one with the label purchased from you which shows that it's been scanned at the post office however because it's been rejected it never went any further and therefore it shows us undelivered and two label showing a delivered parcel which I purchased over-the-counter on the same day. Please refund me for the label that I purchased over the eBay platform as it hasn't been used. I had to purchase another label. this is the second time I'm contacting you about this because we just keep going round in circles and despite me providing proof you are telling me to contact Royal Mail which is incorrect in this instance. Please refund me as soon as possible as the label purchased from you was not used/fit for purpose. Kind regards,
ps. It won't let me upload images to this box of text, so instead, please track the following two tracking numbers on the Royal mail website which proves my point that your label KL627287034GB wasn't used and I had to purchase one which got delivered: YD127624081GB

You need to log out and return to the UK site. I am not sure of the time limit on voiding labels on UK site but it's 5 days on the US site.

Then the postal carrier refunds you in a couple of weeks on your all transactions page.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service in the UK:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
