Questions on relisting items and automatically lowering item prices

I have tried to contact Ebay with some questions but neither there Chat Assistant or Expert Seller Community is not functioning.  Hope you can help!  I have two questions as a seller. 

1). I just started listing items (12) in early November 2021.  Haven’t sold anything yet!  Since my initial listings went live, Ebay has relisted them about every 5 days and notified me by email.  Why is Ebay removing my listings and relisting them?   I did not request this so why is this happening?  
2). How do I get Ebay to automatically lower the price of my items so they start selling?

You appear to be using the Quick Listing Tool in which you get up to 8 free relistings for auction format listings.  There is also a feature called Easy Pricing that you have to select, in which ebay will automatically reduce the price (by 5% I think) each time the item is relisted.  If you do not want your qauction format listings to automatically relist, you will have ti switch to the advanced/business tool, but that listing tool doesn't have Easy Pricing.  You will have to manually reduce the price before relisting and ended auction.
