I am looking to buy an auto scanner for about $400 -$450 from China and I can't seem to get a response from the sellers with my questions they seem to respond not even addressing what I asked. I am going to try and call maybe tonight and see what I can find out. Local sellers say they don't provide the service or online service and or the tech service. How can that be true.....???? The prices are much better and they seem to sell a lot of the product for it to not even work or be updated as advertised. Can anyone tell me how to get them to respond other than calling them directly. Also, watching many videos from here in the US to learn of the product. But its all so confusing
