Sellers are not required to respond to messages, although it is good customer service.  Find another seller who will communicate with you.

I assume you're planning to replace the sensor(s) yourself.  It's a relatively easy job, as repairs go, if you don't have to move any other stuff to gain access to it/them.  Be sure that you do not touch the sensing element ... that's usually the tip end of it, but just to be safe don't touch any part of it that goes inside.
