Hey, if someone gives you an offer on an item you're selling, and I accept, and then he/she tells you that the payment will be sent tomorrow, what do you do?

Wait and see what happens.  Until the item is paid for it is still available to any other user to purchase.

If you don't have auto-pay set up, the buyer has 4 days to pay you.
