Quantity sold not showing on search page and Feedback not showing on item listing page

Hi,

When someobody search for an item on Ebay. On the search page a customer is able to see how many items have been sold for a particular listing, Which is very helpfull to make up the mind for a customer.

My problem is, Quantity sold is not showing on any of my listing.

Second this is the feedback. On any listing a customer should be able to see the quantity sold plus the feedback. My problem is, Feedbacks are not showing on any of my listing. 

I have asked Ebay customer service several times. On every ocassion they check and say its all fine on there side. I check on my laptop, My friends Laptops there phones, Ipads even i ask my friends who live other cities or abroad to see if these are showing but no luck. 

Can someone suggest me what i should do, Where am i wrong. As i believe i am loosing alot of potential customers only because this vital information about my sales and feedbacks are not showing up.
