QR code

Sold an item and generated a QR code. Took to the post office and they said code did not exist voided that one and try it again.  This one worked, but it looks like I got charged twice for shipping

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. A USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

Thank you for the reply.  I voided it because it was not in the USPS system. Then I generated a new one which did work. Is that all I have to do or do I have to send something to eBay? Thank you again for your response
