QR code for label?

Where can I find out on Ebay how this works? I just left a package with a tiny address label on it. Will it get to the buyer? Do they expect me to stand in a long line to get a label printed?

I would go back and get that package.

You can either

1) Print a label at home, attach to the package and take to the post office (or have your carrier pick it up)

or 
2) Take the QR code to the post office and have them print the label for you. You have to wait in the line for this.
