QR code for ground advantage not working

Usually I have no issues scanning  QR codes at USPS. We scanned it over 3 times in 10 minutes at my post office and it was never recognized. Is some system down? Do I need to go find a printer now to print my own label?

That sounds frustrating. I can't fix the QR Code, but here are 2 workarounds

1) If you can, print another label (QR code) to see if the 2nd one works. Then you can cancel the first one.

2) You can also buy retail postage at the counter, and add the tracking number for that actual label to the order. 

Either way, VOID or CANCEL the used label/QR Code so you can get a refund of that amount.

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
