Hello, I was on your site, and was asked to scan your QR code to sign up for a mobile app and receive $10 off my first order. I did it. Mind you, I am not technologically inclined, so it took me a bit. When I ordered my item, there was nothing about a code or anything to get the discount. I ordered it anyway because I just wanted to get it behind me. But afterwards I was kind of annoyed that I went through the trouble for nothing. I could have ordered it on my laptop, and saved myself some time and frustration. If there is anything you can do I would appreciated it. A credit perhaps? Thank you in advance.

This is not ebay customer service. We are buyers and sellers such as yourself. We cannot give a credit for anything because we do not work for ebay. You need to contact ebay.
