There are QR codes used for local pickup provided to buyers. You can get a QR code to print a label at many post offices, if you don't have a printer. You get this code when you buy your label on eBay.
There isn't a QR code to scan when you ship. If you print your label through eBay, the tracking # is loaded automatically. If you buy your postage at the PO, then enter the tracking # - in your list of sold items, click add tracking.
