Putting items in your cart then not being able to remove them...

I put an item in my cart then it would not allow me to remove that item when I chose not to purchase it...   It said I was under contract to purchase the item as soon as it was put into the cart...  What is that about.... Its time for the world to stop using ebay.....  Amazon here I come...

By the way I have not paid for it and they are still trying to get me to pay for an item I did not want that hasnt been shipped to me....

When you say "put the item in my cart" … how exactly are you doing that?

If you use the "Add to Cart" button, you are not committing to purchase.

If you use "Buy it Now", "Make an Offer" or place a bid on an auction, you ARE committing to purchase.
