I have an ebay account, but was in a hurry and purchased as guest. All of the "start a return" options ask for an account and when I log in it doesn't find the purchase (of course because it was purchased as a guest). I have all the emails about the order and delivery (to the same e-mail my account is tied to no less), but when I use the order number or item number it says "nothing found" matching my search criteria. Please help.
It's a $20 mug and I'll eat the loss if I have to, but I can't use the normal return process because of what I've explained above, it just runs me in circles.

If that doesn't work, what was the seller's User Name and/or the eBay Item Number?
