Purchased and picked up an item.

I purchased an item from a seller who lives in my area.  I purchased this item and met with the seller to get the item.  I now have the item but I never got a QR code or 6-digit number to show the seller, therefore the seller can not confirm my pickup.  What to do?

The codes are only created if the item was listed with local pickup, and you selected that at checkout.  If you did, the codes should be in the purchase confirmation email.  You can message the code tot he seller if there is one.

Otherwise, the seller can manually mark the item as shipped, but there is no way to mark it delivered or received.

Thank you for your response.  The item was listed local pickup only.  I met with seller and got the item.  If I do not get some sort of code or 6 digit number for seller, she will not be able to get credit for selling item on eBay.

Did you check the purchase confirmation email?   I assume you did complete the purchase on eBay.

As long as you purchased through eBay, the seller can mark it payment received if you paid at pickup, then mark it as shipped.

If you're using the app, I understand there is a "get QR code" button somewhere in there on the Order.

Or check your spam folder for the eBay email confirmation, also check your eBay Message folder.
