Hi -- Ebay seems to have changed their format and I am not sure how to properly start a case on this. I ordered some items from a seller and then a few days later ordered more. The seller (without my approval) marked that they sent all the items together with one tracking number. This was a total 7 items. 4 in the first order and 3 in the second order. I was charged shipping on both orders so already I have an issue with the seller but I was willing to let that slide - so long as I received all my items. Unfortunately the seller only sent me 2 of the 7 items I ordered.
The entire first order (of 4) was missing along with 1 item from the second order. I contacted the seller and they are ignoring my concerns and just sent back a boiler plate reply with the tracking number that shows delivery of all seven items. I requested a refund for the 5 items, plus the double shipping.
My question is - if the seller does not make this right what sort of case do I open with ebay? I know an INR case will not work b/c the tracking shows delivery. I thought it would be an INAD case but I don't see an option for that - only a return request option. How can I return something I never received?
Thank you for any advice 🙂

Yes, it is an INAD case. Open the Return Request and click on show more reasons. You will see one for missing items. If after four days seller has not refunded, supplied missing items, or sent a prepaid return label, go back to the request and ask ebay to step in. Do not cancel or let the case expire without doing this.
