Purchase shipping label "Something went wrong... try again later"

I've been selling and buying shipping labels on ebays for years, now I suddenly can't purchase shipping labels.  Every time I click on Purchase shipping label I get "Something went wrong. Sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again." Two days in a row, now.
