We provided a counter offer to the seller of a product in and checked the two-year extended warranty that was shown on the page. The seller came back with a counter offer which we excepted. However, when we went to the purchase page, the radio button for the two-year extended warranty did not appear contacted the seller and they knew nothing about the extended warranty. Assuming that this is a third-party offer through eBay how do we get the extended warranty for our purchase?
