Purchase not confirmed by Pay Pal

I bought an irtem and paid by Pay Pal, then the order details came back as "seller has not accepted" and the item has not shipped.  Timing is very important!

Sellers normally don't have to accept a payment -- it goes directly into their account. When this happens, the vast majority of the time it's because the seller made a typo when entering their Paypal address in the listing. So your payment has gone into limbo.

You need to cancel that payment, because it's not going to ever do anything but it in limbo. And contact the seller to ask them to check that they have the correct address in the their listing. If they don't, they need to correct it so you can repay.
