Purchase history

Since being a member from 2013 why doesn’t my purchases go back to that  date. I can only search back to 2019

eBay's purchase history only covers the current year and either of the two most recently completed calendar years.

You can request a report of your transactions here:

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

eBay only keeps 3 years of history accessible.  You can request a report that goes back to when you joined.  Go to account settings >> request your eBay data.
