I recently purchased large amounts of jewelry and other items. My purchase history only loads a certain amount of items. I’m unable to track all my items. I can pull it up when I search for a particular item. I am also unable to scroll through and see what items need feedback. The last purchases I can see are from 2 sellers where I purchased 20- 30 items. Also, when I print the invoices for my records, there are no pictures. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The default view of the purchase history is the last sixty days, so if you are looking for transactions older than that, be sure to change the date range at the top of the list.
If you have more than one eBay account, be sure you are looking at the correct account.
If you are using the eBay app, make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.
Or try using a desktop browser to view your Purchase History.
If you are already using a desktop browser, in some cases refreshing the page can help if you are getting an error. Or holding down the shift key and refreshing the page to bypass the browser cache. Or try a different browser entirely.
If the problem is with your Purchase History page not loading correctly, you should also be able to see your purchases on your Summary page.
If that does not work for you, you can try signing in to another site such as ebay.ca or ebay.com.au to view your purchases, though your transactions will be displayed in Canadian or Australian dollars, respectively.
