Purchase gone bad

 I got it in time but didn't open until april here in michigan because of eibter weather don't start riding until april, i had my bike in storage at the dealer until april 24. Then i try to put the windshield together and tge brackets that go in the grummets don't fit to narrow. I contact seller we communicated back and for with ideas but nothing worked. I rewuested a return label now he tells memore thsn 3 months hsve gone by so is mibe and try to sell it aftermarket.

Not acceptable.

Purchase gone bad

You can only request a return for 30 days after receipt.  After 90 days, the seller has no way to send a refund, even if was willing to work outside of the system. eBay has no way to help.

 

You can contact your credit card issuer and open a dispute for a defective item - most cards can help for at least 90 days, many 180 days.

 

If your payment is refunded, contact the seller and let him know that if he sends you a return label, you will be happy to return the item.
