Purchase does not show up in my account So can’t return incorrect part

1 item delivered is incorrect and none show up in my account.  What steps for a refund/return on one of the items?

Past purchases are there, but not this most recent one so I can’t select it.

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
