I have been selling with ebay for years whats the deal with not allowing me to promote my items ? I have 100% feed back have maintained an active account some one help me with this please

If you are trying to promote an auction listing, eBay had announced that effective Monday, April 15, they were eliminating Promoted Listings Express for auctions. In it's place will be Promoted Listings Standard. That option for auction will start on Monday, April 29.
