Promoting

Hello, I used to be able to promote my listings, but I realized that it hasn’t asked me in a very long time, and I cannot see if any of my listings are promoted or not. I’ve looked it up, but I still can’t find anything about promoting on my account. Please help! I just want to promote my items

When you create your listing, scroll all the way down to PROMOTED LISTINGS.  Here is a screen shot from one of my listings.  I promote at 3%
